The POMAC PROJECT develops cloud-based polymer production scheduling software and industrial planning solutions for chemical manufacturing plants. The platform is designed for continuous polymerization plants producing polyethylene and polypropylene, helping industrial operators optimize production scheduling, operational planning, manufacturing efficiency, and environmental monitoring through scalable SaaS technologies. The technologies are delivered as secure and scalable Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, providing advanced polymer scheduling, production optimization, and industrial monitoring tools for manufacturing facilities.
By integrating advanced optimization algorithms, predictive analytics, and cloud-native technologies, the POMAC PROJECT enables manufacturers to reduce production losses, improve resource utilization, minimize grade transition costs, and support data-driven operational decisions. The platform provides real-time visibility into production activities while enhancing sustainability, operational efficiency, and competitiveness across modern polymer manufacturing facilities. The project was realised with the contribution of POR FESR Liguria 2021-2027
